These terms govern your use of MuzikA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions? Contact us.
MuzikA provides background-music playback, scheduling, remote control and an API for businesses and developers. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Music is provided for playback within your registered venues or product as permitted by your plan. Any music-licensing or public-performance fees required for playing music in your business — for example to local rights organizations — are your responsibility.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. You can start on a free trial; upgrading, downgrading or cancelling takes effect according to your plan terms.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer protected components, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties except where required by law or stated in a separate agreement (e.g. an enterprise SLA).
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders.
